In December 2000, Christ Church purchased the Haddock Building, now called Anselm House, which is located in the CBD, and the following year NSA set up operations there. Accordingly, Christ Church (who ran NSA at the time) did not apply for a Zoning Certificate to operate a college in their new building, and consequently never received one. In 2002, NSA became its own entity under the leadership of Christ Church, and bought the Verizon building, which they occupied in 2003.
